About Butch

Coming into WSU, I was so excited to get involved on campus, curate experiences, and build my community. I started exploring CougPresence to get an idea of what’s offered and it was A LOT.

The Resource Fair at New Coug Orientation as well as the Career and Clubs & Organizations Fairs during Week of Welcome really helped me to make connections and decide what I wanted to get involved in. I joined the ZZU Crew, Spirit Squad Cheer Team, and I go to EVERY football game. I was even selected to be featured in WSU’s episode of The College Tour.

I’m most looking forward to seeing you all at the Week of Welcome Pep Rally, where we take the 2026 Class Photo. I’ll be on the field cheering YOU on as you commence your college journey.
