About Bradyn

Before orientation, I was nervous about meeting new people and stepping outside of the friend group I had known for so many years. The idea of starting fresh and introducing myself to people I had never met before felt intimidating. At the same time, I knew college would be an opportunity to grow, make new connections, and build relationships with people from different backgrounds and experiences.

My orientation experience quickly helped ease those concerns. Everyone in my group was welcoming, respectful, and easy to talk to, which made it much easier to feel comfortable. I enjoyed getting to meet new people and realizing that everyone was in a similar situation, trying to make connections and learn more about campus. My orientation leader was also incredibly friendly and supportive, helping create a positive environment where everyone felt included. By the end of orientation, I felt much more confident about starting college and meeting new people.

Today, I am a Communication major with a minor in Business, and I am also actively involved in a fraternity on campus. My experiences at WSU have helped me develop valuable communication, leadership, and networking skills while building strong relationships with others. Looking ahead, my goal is to pursue a career in business and eventually become a Vice President of Marketing and Sales at a major company. I am excited to continue growing professionally and gaining the experience needed to reach that goal.
