About Julia

Julia applied to become an Orientation Counselor because she has a few friends who were OC’s last summer. They had so much fun welcoming new students to campus and sharing their love for WSU it made her want to do the same. She wants new Cougs to know coming to WSU is an opportunity to start with a clean slate. You can be whoever you want to be when you step on this campus so take advantage of that. Make new friends, pick up new hobbies, and be the best version of yourself.

Her favorite class thus far has been HD 205: Developing Effective Communication and Life Skills. She loved that it taught her about life skills that are important for school, future jobs, and personal relationships. She came out of the class feeling like a more well-rounded individual because of what she learned. Julia is applying those skills while working with clients for a class this spring
