About Lizzy

Lizzy transferred to WSU and found the process to be a smooth transition because of how transfer staff guided her through the process and provided resources. Since starting, WSU has helped her prepare for her future by having great professors who help to inspire students. She is excited to continue to learn about wildlife and the importance of their role in our ecosystems. Her plan is to pursue a career with Washington Fish & Wildlife.

Lizzy recommends new Cougs get to know their professors. Making these connections is super important as is taking advantage of all the student support resources available at WSU. Lizzy feels “Cougs help Cougs” means that if you’re going through a tough time, there will always be someone you can look to for support whether that be faculty, staff, current Cougs, or your OC!
