About Margaret

Margaret is still exploring what she wants to study and her advice to you is that, “it is okay not to know what you want to do.” She chose WSU because she fell in love with the community atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help each other – whether it be the Pullman community or the campus community. She believes that community is the foundation at WSU and appreciates how valued it is here. She became an orientation counselor because while working as a Cougar Connector, she realized she enjoyed connecting with students. Speaking of other organizations, Margaret is involved with the Muslim Student Association, the Pakistani Student Association, and the Resident Housing Association. Her favorite spot on campus is the planetarium located in Sloan Hall. You might catch her grabbing a bite to eat at Tin Tan’s Tacos, her favorite restaurant in Pullman. A fun fact about Margaret is that she has never seen a Ryan Gosling movie, crazy right?
